The Sony Home Theater System DAVHDZ273 is easy to hook up and has a great sound. You can’t beat it for the money. I would recommend this unit if you don’t want to spend a lot more money.

I bought this system for about $209. Pretty good price for what you get. I am not a big audiophile either, so I can’t be a great judge on the sound. But it is good enough for me. It could be better though, but it is reasonable price. I followed set-up as instructed in the manual, but I had two boys helping me, that made things a lot easier too. The wires are color coded, the speakers that aren’t are labeled with a tag and can be found in a diagram the instructions provide. I had to change some settings to make sure all speakers are on when being used for tv/video, radio, dvd, etc. That’s about as complicated as it gets. I haven’t really played with it any further to search for more features or options. The cables were plenty long except for the cables to the two right and left front speakers. The picture quaility is pretty good. I am still tempted to buy a Blu-Ray player, and maybe I will buy a cheap one. The price and brand really convinced me on this purchase.

This is a great system at a great price. Being I am not tech savvy the remote took a little getting used to, but the system was easy to set up. The sound is great! When I mentioned to my coworkers that I had purchased this system, they immediately wanted me to order one for them also. I have bought 3 of these and the feedback has been totally positive.

This Sony Home Theater System was a birthday gift for my husband. It took him awhile to get it installed, but once he did, he loves it. The sound is great. Makes a big difference with the volume on our TV. He turns it up to hear the full effect and I can hear it through out the house. I would definitely recommend it.

this was a xmas gift..when my son-in-law hooked the system up everything worked except 1 speaker…the problem was in the receiver…who do we call????if this was bought in a store there would be no problem….Now do you have to ship everything back and wait plus pay shipping again???????????????Everything should be tested before shipping………
